Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a propylene-based block copolymer good in flowability and further capable of providing powder of copolymer having low aggregation of powder each other even with easily explaining adhesiveness and soft.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a propylene-based block copolymer including a first process of polymerizing a component (A) which is a propylene single polymer or a propylene α-olefin copolymer, then a second process of polymerizing a component (B) which is propylene α-olefin copolymer having less propylene content than that of the component (A), and the process (B) is conducted in a reaction vessel of a complete mixing tank and adding oil containing Si to a lower part of the reaction vessel from preferably reaction neighbor of supply line connecting to the lower part of the reaction vessel. 【課題】付着性が発現しやすい軟質なプロピレン系ブロック共重合体であっても、流動性が良好で、さらにパウダー同士の凝集が少ない共重合体のパウダーが得られるプロピレン系ブロック共重合体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1工程で、プロピレン単独重合体またはプロピレン・α−オレフィン共重合体である成分(A)を重合し、次いで、第2工程で、プロピレン含有量が成分(A)よりも少ないプロピレン・α−オレフィン共重合体である成分(B)を重合するプロピレン系ブロック共重合体の製造方法であって、第2工程は、完全混合槽の反応器で行われ、且つ、Siを含むオイルを、該反応器の下部へ、好ましくは反応器下部に接続する供給配管の反応器近傍から、添加することを特徴とするプロピレン系ブロック共重合体の製造方法など。【選択図】図1
