PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup takeout device capable of preventing takeout of a plurality of cups, and capable of preventing falling of the cups, without feeling discomfort in cup takeout sensibility.SOLUTION: A plurality of cup holding members 3 for holding an opening outer peripheral edge part of a laminate cup C, comprise a fixing part 7, a suspended rocking piece 8 rockable to the hanging-down outside in the lower direction, an upper engaging claw 93, an intermediate engaging claw 92 and a lower engaging claw 91 projected on an inside surface of the suspended rocking piece. When taking out the cup, the cup 2 of the lowest position of the laminate cap received by the upper engaging claw is extracted, but is received by the intermediate engaging claw or the lower engaging claw even if the cup of an upper stage falls off when an accident state is caused. When taking out the cup received by the intermediate engaging claw or the lower engaging claw, the suspended rocking piece rocks, and the upper engaging claw stays in a support position engaged with the opening outer peripheral edge part of the cup. 【課題】カップ取り出し感覚に違和感を感じさせず、また複数個のカップ取出防止及びカップ落下防止が可能なカップ取出装置を提供する。【解決手段】積層カップＣの開口外周縁部を保持する複数のカップ保持部材３は、固定部７と、下方向へ垂れ下がり外方に揺動可能な垂下揺動片８と、垂下揺動片の内側面に突設された上部係合爪９３、中間係合爪９２及び下部係合爪９１とを有する。カップ取り出しは、上部係合爪に受け止められた積層カップの最下位置のカップ２から引き抜かれるが、アクシデント状態が生じて上段のカップが脱落しても中間係合爪又は下部係合爪で受け止められる。中間係合爪又は下部係合爪で受け止められたカップの取り出し時、垂下揺動片が揺動して上部係合爪はカップの開口外周縁部と係合される支持位置に留まる。【選択図】図３
