Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove slag, and facilitate maintenance.SOLUTION: A mold device 10 comprises: a mold body 20; a bowl 31 for storing moltem metal M; a band-state first filter 35 disposed to cover an injection hole 32 of the molten metal M from the bowl 31 to a sprue runner 22 and collecting foreign matter in the molten metal M; a second filter 25 disposed on a downstream side in a flow direction of the molten metal M of the first filter 35, and collecting the foreign matter in the molten metal M; and a taking-up part 38 for taking up the first filter 35 which is taken out. The first filter 35 has mesh opening diameter larger than that of the second filter 25. 【課題】スラグを確実に除去するとともに、メンテナンスを容易に行うことを目的とする。【解決手段】鋳型装置１０は、鋳型本体２０と、溶湯Ｍを貯留する堰鉢３１と、堰鉢３１から湯道２２への溶湯Ｍの注入孔３２を覆うように設けられて溶湯Ｍ中の異物を捕集する帯状の第一フィルタ３５と、湯道２２において、第一フィルタ３５よりも溶湯Ｍの流れ方向下流側に設けられ、溶湯Ｍ中の異物を捕集する第二フィルタ２５と、出された第一フィルタ３５を巻き取る巻取部３８と、を備え、第一フィルタ３５は、第二フィルタ２５よりもメッシュ開口径が大きく設定されている。【選択図】図１
