Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a liquid containing fine air bubbles with high density.SOLUTION: Water and air are mixed to generate an initial liquid containing fine air bubbles. A bubble diameter of the fine air bubble is 1 μm or less. The initial liquid is guided to a first filter 721 by a first introduction passage 711 of a filter part 15. The initial liquid is transmitted through the first filter 721 and guided to a second introduction passage 712. Fine air bubbles having large diameters move to an unnecessary air bubble discharge passage 739 without being transmitted through the first filter 721. The initial liquid is further guided to a second filter 722 by the second introduction passage 712. A portion of the initial liquid is transmitted through the second filter 722 and discharged from a rear discharge passage 719. The remaining portion of the initial liquid is guided to a fine air bubble liquid discharge passage 741 as a high density fine air bubble liquid. The high density fine air bubble liquid contains fine air bubbles which have a larger diameter than the fine air bubbles contained in the liquid transmitted through the second filter 722, and are not transmitted through the second filter. 【課題】高密度にて微細気泡を含む液体を容易に生成する。【解決手段】水と空気とを混合することにより、微細気泡を含む初期液体が生成される。微細気泡は、気泡径が1μm以下である。初期液体は濾過部15の第1導入路711により第1フィルタ721へと導かれる。初期液体は、第1フィルタ721を透過して第2導入路712に導かれる。径が大きい微細気泡は、第1フィルタ721を透過することなく不要気泡排出路739へと移動する。初期液体はさらに第2導入路712により第2フィルタ722へと導かれる。初期液体の一部は、第2フィルタ722を透過して後方排出路719から排出される。初期液体の残部は、高密度微細気泡液として微細気泡液排出路741へと導かれる。高密度微細気泡液は、第2フィルタ722を透過した液に含まれる微細気泡よりも直径が大きく、かつ、第2フィルタを透過しない微細気泡を含む。【選択図】図12
