Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural equilibrium type filtration apparatus comprising a slowdown washing mechanism that can complete a construction only for a drain sewer to complete the construction at a low cost in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A natural equilibrium type filtration apparatus of this invention comprises a filter basin 2 where a filter medium layer 40 is arranged, a filtration drain sewer 3 into which filtrate water having passed through the filter medium layer 40 flows, a drain sewer 4 connected to the filter basin 2 with a drain siphon 50, and a discharge valve or discharge gate 41 arranged in the drain sewer 4 to discharge the drain water in the drain sewer 4. The natural equilibrium type filtration apparatus of this invention further has a control part 15 that previously determines an opening of the discharge valve or discharge gate 41 which is at a flow speed at which a filter medium constituting the filter medium layer 40 does not get fluidized during backflow washing for flowing filtrate water back into the filter medium layer 40 and makes the opening control of the discharge valve or discharge gate 41 on the basis of the predetermined opening.
【課題】排水渠のみの工事で施工完了させることができ、安価で短期間に工事が完了するスローダウン洗浄機構を備えた自然平衡型ろ過装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の自然平衡ろ過装置は、ろ材層40が配置されるろ過池2と、ろ材層40を通過したろ過水が流入するろ過水渠3と、ろ過池2と排水サイフォン50で繋がれる排水渠4と、排水渠4に配置され、当該排水渠4内の排水を排出する排出弁又は排出ゲート41と、を備える。本発明の自然平衡ろ過装置は、さらに、ろ過水をろ材層40内に逆流させる逆流洗浄時に、当該ろ材層40を構成するろ材が流動化しない流速となる排出弁又は排出ゲート41の開度を予め定め、当該予め定めた開度に基づいて排出弁又は排出ゲート41の開度制御を行う制御部15を有する。【選択図】図3 |
