Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of improving sensitivity while suppressing color mixture.SOLUTION: In a pixel array part 1, there are arranged, in a matrix, first and second photoelectric conversion layers for a green color, which are arranged at a slant to a column direction CD, of two pixels, a photoelectric conversion layer for a blue color, which is arranged adjacent to the first and second photoelectric conversion layers for a green color, for two pixels, and a photoelectric conversion layer for a red color, which is provided so as to overlap the photoelectric conversion layer for a blue color in a depth direction. A green filter is provided to be continuous for two pixels, at an upper part of the first and second photoelectric conversion layers for a green color, and a magenta filter or a white filter is provided to be continuous for two pixels, at an upper part of the photoelectric conversion layer for a blue color. 【課題】混色を抑制しつつ感度を向上させることが可能な固体撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】画素アレイ部1には、カラム方向CDに対して斜めに配置された2画素の第1および第2の緑色用光電変換層と、第1および第2の緑色用光電変換層に隣接して配置された2画素分の青色用光電変換層と、青色用光電変換層と深さ方向に重なるようにして設けられた赤色用光電変換層とがマトリックス状に配置され、第1および第2の緑色用光電変換層の上部には、2画素分に連続してグリーンフィルタが設けられ、前記青色用光電変換層の上部には、2画素分に連続してマゼンタフィルタもしくはホワイトフィルタが設けられている。【選択図】図3
