Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector holding tool capable of increasing mutual positional accuracy of optical components.SOLUTION: The optical connector holding tool is disposed between an optical connector and an optical substrate juxtaposed along a first direction, and is configured to optically connect an optical fiber of the optical connector to a light input/output part of the optical substrate. The optical connector holding tool includes: an optical connector mounting part that faces the optical connector and includes a lens formed therein to be optically connected to the optical connector; and an optical substrate mounting part that faces the optical substrate and includes a position regulating part formed therein for regulating a mounting position with respect to the optical substrate. The position regulating part constitutes a part of an outer edge of a profile that is a projected image of the optical connector holding tool in the first direction from a side close to the optical connector mounting part. 【課題】光学部品同士の位置精度を高めることが可能な光コネクタ保持具を提供する。【解決手段】光モジュール保持具は、第1の方向に沿って並置される光コネクタと光学基板との間に配置され、光コネクタの光ファイバを光学基板の光入出力部に対して光学的に接続する光コネクタ保持具であって、光コネクタと対面し、光コネクタと光学的に接続されるレンズが形成された光コネクタ取付部と、光学基板と対面し、光学基板に対する取付位置を規定する位置規定部が形成された光学基板取付部と、を備え、位置規定部は、光コネクタ保持具を光コネクタ取付部の側から第1の方向に投影した形状の外縁の一部を構成する。【選択図】図1
