PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air entry structure for improving the maintainability of a part positioned below the intake air entry structure.SOLUTION: An intake air entry structure is fixed in a vehicle body side part member 18 constituting an engine room 12, and comprises: a suction part 16 having an air intake 20; and an air cleaner 14 and an air duct 22 fitted in the suction part 16 for introducing the air sucked from the air intake 20, into an engine E. The suction part 16 is wholly formed of a soft member, and at a fitting part 48 for the suction part 16, a groove part 50 for allowing bending of the suction part 16 while being fixed on the vehicle body side part member 18. 【課題】吸気取入口の下方に位置する部品のメンテナンス性を向上させること。【解決手段】エンジンルーム１２を構成する車体側部部材１８に固定され、吸気取入口２０を有する吸入部１６と、吸入部１６に嵌合し、吸気取入口２０から吸入されたエアをエンジンＥに導入するエアクリーナ１４及びエアダクト２２とを備え、吸入部１６全体は、軟質部材で形成され、吸入部１６の取付部４８には、車体側部部材１８に固定した状態で吸入部１６の折れ曲がりを許容する溝部５０が設けられる。【選択図】図１
