Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of partially reduced iron capable of efficiently manufacturing partially reduced iron of a predetermined reduction rate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus includes CO sensors 71a-71d to detect carbon monoxide concentration of an exhaust gas 91, an Osensor 72 to detect oxygen concentration of an exhaust gas 93, an exhaust gas circulation unit 50 and an air supply unit 60 to adjust a circulation rate of the exhaust gas 93 and a supply rate of air 94 respectively to be sent to a reduction furnace body 32, and a control device 90 to control these units 50,60. The control device controls the units 50, 60 based on the carbon monoxide concentration of the exhaust gas detected by the CO sensor and the oxygen concentration of the exhaust gas detected by the Osensor. 【課題】所定の還元率の部分還元鉄を効率良く製造することができる部分還元鉄製造装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】排ガス91の一酸化炭素濃度を検出するCOセンサ71a〜71dと、排ガス93の酸素濃度を検出するO2センサ72と、還元炉本体32へ送給する排ガス93の循環量および空気94の送給量を調整する排ガス循環装置50および空気送給装置60と、これら装置50,60を制御する制御装置90とを備え、制御装置は、COセンサが検出した排ガスの一酸化炭素濃度およびO2センサが検出した排ガスの酸素濃度に基づき、前記装置50,60を制御するようにした。【選択図】図1
