PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin coating material composition for a metal conduit that has excellent in dryability and has low odor without impairing various functions required of a coating material for a metal conduit and to provide a metal conduit produced by applying the epoxy resin coating material composition thereto.SOLUTION: An epoxy resin coating material composition for a metal conduit, preferably, for a part of a metal conduit in contact with water, comprises as essential components a silane coupling agent and a glycol ether solvent. In the coating material composition, preferably, the content of the silane coupling agent is 1-5 wt% and the content of the glycol ether solvent is 1-20 wt%. The metal conduit is produced by applying the epoxy resin coating material composition for a metal conduit thereto. 【課題】金属管用塗料に求められる諸機能を損なうことなく、乾燥性に優れ、低臭気の金属管用エポキシ樹脂塗料組成物およびそれを塗布してなる金属管を提供する。【解決手段】金属管用、好ましくは金属管の接水部分用エポキシ樹脂塗料組成物であって、シランカップリング剤およびグリコールエーテル系溶剤を必須成分として含むことを特徴とし、好ましくはシランカップリング剤の含有量が１〜５重量％であり、グリコールエーテル系溶剤の含有量が１〜２０重量％である塗料組成物、ならびに該金属管用エポキシ樹脂塗料組成物を塗布してなる金属管。【選択図】なし
