PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic article having improved discharging performance and application performance by easily and uniformly dispersing coloring components consisting of pigments in the hair cosmetic.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic article includes one or more types of coloring components with an average grain size of not less than 5 nm and not more than 200 nm, and hair cosmetic 3 with flowability containing water-soluble polymer. Further, the hair cosmetic article includes a hair cosmetic applicator 1 comprising: a container part 4 for storing the hair cosmetic 3; an application part 2 for applying the hair cosmetic 3 to the hair; and an extension part 5 having a liquid lead-out passage 51 communicated to the container part 4 and the application part 2. The application part 2 of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 has a discharge port 21 and a comb part 23, and the comb part 23 has a plurality of comb teeth 22 disposed to enclose the discharge port 21. 【課題】毛髪化粧料内で顔料からなる着色成分が均一に分散され易く、毛髪化粧料の吐出性及び塗布性の良好な毛髪化粧品を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の毛髪化粧品は、平均粒径５ｎｍ以上２００ｎｍ以下の１種以上の顔料からなる着色成分、及び水溶性ポリマーを含有する流動性のある毛髪化粧料３を具備する。また、本発明の毛髪化粧品は、毛髪化粧料３を収容する容器部４、毛髪化粧料３を毛髪に塗布する塗布部２、並びに容器部４及び塗布部２を連通する液導出路５１を有する延長部５から構成される毛髪化粧料塗布具１を具備する。毛髪化粧料塗布具１の塗布部２は、吐出口２１及び櫛部２３を有し、櫛部２３が吐出口２１を囲繞するように配置された複数の櫛歯２２を有する。【選択図】図１
