Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform diagnostics of an inter-terminal voltage measurement circuit for a secondary battery at high speed.SOLUTION: A battery-system monitoring device, having a cell group in which a plurality of unit battery cells are serially connected, includes: a first control device provided corresponding to the cell group; a plurality of voltage detection lines connecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode of each battery cell and the first control device, and provided for inputting an inter-terminal voltage of each unit battery cell to the first control device; and a power supply line supplying an inter-terminal voltage of the cell group to the first control device. The first control device includes a power-supply section, a voltage input section inputting the inter-terminal voltage of the cell group, a voltage measurement section measuring a voltage, and a selection section selecting an output from the voltage input section and inputting the output to the voltage measurement section. The power-supply line is connected to a positive electrode of the top level unit battery cell. The inter-terminal voltage of the cell group is inputted to the power-supply section via the power-supply line, and the power-supply section has a conducting switch for supplying the inter-terminal voltage of the cell group to the voltage input section. 【課題】二次電池の端子間電圧測定回路の診断を高速に行う。【解決手段】複数の単電池セルが直列接続されたセルグループを有する電池システムの監視装置は、セルグループに対応して設けられた第1の制御装置と、各単電池セルの正極及び負極のそれぞれと第1の制御装置とを接続し、各単電池セルの端子間電圧を第1の制御装置に入力するために設けられた複数の電圧検出線と、セルグループの端子間電圧を第1の制御装置に供給する電源供給線とを有し、第1の制御装置は、電源部と、セルグループの端子間電圧を入力する電圧入力部と、電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、電圧入力部からの出力を選択して電圧測定部に入力する選択部とを有し、電源供給線は、セルグループの最上位の単電池セルの正極に接続され、電源部には、電源供給線を介してセルグループの端子間電圧が入力され、電源部は、セルグループの端子間電圧を電圧入力部に供給する通電スイッチを有している。【選択図】図5
