Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient method for producing (E)-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienyl acetate.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing (E)-2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienyl acetate which comprises: a step of isomerizing 2-isopropenyl-5-methyl-4-hexenoic acid (1) to obtain (E)-2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienoic acid (2); a step of reducing the resulting (E)-2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienoic acid (2) to obtain (E)-2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienol (3); and a step of acetylating the resulting (E)-2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienol (3) to obtain (E)-2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2,4-hexadienyl acetate (4). (In the formula, Ac represents an acetyl group.)
【課題】簡便で効率的な酢酸(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエニルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】2−イソプロペニル−5−メチル−4−ヘキセン酸(1)を異性化させて(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエン酸(2)を得る異性化工程と、得られた(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエン酸(2)を還元して(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエノール(3)を得る還元工程と、得られた(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエノール(3)をアセチル化して酢酸(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエニル(4)を得るアセチル化工程とを少なくとも含む酢酸(E)−2−イソプロピル−5−メチル−2,4−ヘキサジエニルの製造方法を提供する。【化1】(式中、Acはアセチル基を示す。)【選択図】なし |
