Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a value close to a local blood flow rate per a prescribed volume including air while correcting non-linearity between a contrast medium concentration and a signal value in an MRI.SOLUTION: An image diagnostic device 65 includes an acquisition section 66 and an analysis section 67. The acquisition section 66 acquires image data of a plurality of images individually imaged before and after administration of a contrast medium to an inspection object such that magnetic resonance signal intensity is reflected on a pixel value of each pixel. The analysis section 67 calculates an estimation value of a contrast medium concentration such that the estimation value is proportional to a difference of values related to longitudinal relaxation time between before and after contrast medium administration on the basis of each pixel value of the image data before and after the contrast medium administration and the value related to the longitudinal relaxation time before the contrast medium administration and that the estimation value is proportional to a coefficient decreasing as an air region ratio in an inspection object region corresponding to each pixel position increases.
【課題】MRIにおいて、造影剤濃度と信号値との非線形性を補正しつつ、空気を含む所定体積当たりの局所血流量に近い値を算出する。【解決手段】画像診断装置65は、取得部66と、解析部67とを有する。取得部は、各画素の画素値に磁気共鳴信号強度が反映されるように被検体への造影剤投与の前後にそれぞれ撮像された複数画像の画像データを取得する。解析部は、造影剤投与の前後における画像データの各画素値と、造影剤投与前の縦緩和時間に関する値とに基づいて、縦緩和時間に関する値の造影剤投与前後の差分に比例するように、且つ、各画素位置に対応する被検体領域における空気領域割合が大きいほど小さくなる係数に比例するように、造影剤濃度の推定値を算出する。【選択図】図1 |
