Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator capable of inhibiting the immersion of resins when mounting resins on a substrate to make a resin mold.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric oscillator includes: a piezoelectric transducer 100 having vibration terminals 126A to 126D on the outer bottom surface thereof; an electric component container having a recess for housing an electric component 138; wall part electrodes 136A to 136D formed on the top face of a wall part 132B; a conductive joint member 150 disposed between the vibration terminals 126A to 126D and the wall part electrodes 136A to 136D for coupling a piezoelectric transducer 110 and the electric component container 130. Seen from a direction perpendicular to the outer bottom surface of the piezoelectric oscillator 100, the vibration terminals 126A to 126D and the wall part electrodes 136A to 136D include an opposing region in which both are facing each other and a non-opposing region which is shifted from the opposing region.
