Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling rotation of a main shaft of a processing machine capable of displaying rotational frequency of the main shaft having been set, at a display unit, even when the main shaft is not rotated, and starting the rotation of the main shaft in a state where target rotational frequency is set in advance.SOLUTION: The device for controlling rotation of a main shaft of a processing machine includes: a volume 2 of which output voltage can be adjusted; a constant voltage power source 1 for applying reference voltage to the volume 2; an A/D converter 3 for digitally converting a value of the output voltage outputted from the volume 2 and outputting the value as a control value; a controller 5 into which the control value is inputted, and which outputs a drive command for rotating a motor at rotational frequency assigned to the control value; a driving unit 7 for rotating the motor at the rotational frequency based on the drive command; and a display unit 6 for displaying the rotational frequency of the main shaft corresponding to the drive command.
【課題】 主軸を回転させなくても設定された主軸の回転数を表示部に表示させることができ、かつ、あらかじめ目標とする回転数に設定した状態で主軸の回転を開始させることのできる加工機械の主軸回転制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 出力電圧が調整可能なボリューム2と、このボリューム2に基準電圧を印加する定電圧電源1と、ボリューム2から出力された出力電圧の値をデジタル変換し、制御値として出力するA/D変換器3と、前記制御値が入力され、前記制御値に割り当てられた回転数でモータを回転させる駆動指令を出力する制御部5と、前記駆動指令に基づく回転数で前記モータを回転させる駆動部7と、前記駆動指令に対応した前記主軸の回転数を表示する表示部6とを有する。【選択図】 図1 |
