Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture determination device capable of accurately evaluating a posture of a person in a sitting state, a posture determination system, and a program.SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 4 includes: a position acquisition part 30 that acquires positional information on a predetermined region of a person's body, estimated from a photographed image obtained by photographing the person in a sitting state; a pressure acquisition part 34 that acquires information on pressure applied to a seating surface on which the person sits; and an evaluation part 44 that evaluates the person's posture in the sitting state on the basis of the acquired positional information and the acquired pressure information. 【課題】着座状態の人物の姿勢について正確に評価することができる姿勢判定装置、姿勢判定システム及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】端末装置４は、着座状態の人物を撮影した撮影画像から推定される、該人物の身体の予め定められた部位の位置情報を取得する位置取得部３０と、前記人物が着座する座面にかかる圧力情報を取得する圧力取得部３４と、取得された位置情報と取得された圧力情報とに基づいて、前記人物の着座状態における姿勢を評価する評価部４４とを有する。【選択図】図１
