Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively shorten turn-off time of a switch element of a charge and discharge switch circuit, and to suppress flyback voltage within a range which is not beyond withstand voltage of the switch element.SOLUTION: A charge and discharge switch circuit comprises: a switch element 3 connected in series to a charge and discharge line 2 from a secondary battery 1; a drive power supply 4 which generates drive voltage for conducting the switch element; a switching control resistor 6 one end of which is connected with a control terminal of the switch element; a shortening circuit which consists of a series circuit between a Zener diode 7 and a current limit resistor 8, and is connected in parallel with the switching control resistor by arranging a cathode of the Zener diode to a switch element side; and a switch control part 5 which controls voltage supply to the control terminal of the switch element. The switch control part applies the drive voltage to the other end of the switching control resistor according to on control from a protective circuit, and discharges electric charges accumulated in the control terminal of the switch element via the other end of the switching control resistor according to off control. 【課題】充放電スイッチ回路のスイッチ素子のターンオフ時間を効果的に短縮し、しかもスイッチ素子の耐圧を超えない範囲にフライバック電圧を抑制する。【解決手段】充放電スイッチ回路は、二次電池1からの充放電ライン2に直列に接続されたスイッチ素子3、スイッチ素子を導通させる駆動電圧を生成する駆動電源4、スイッチ素子の制御端子に一端が接続されたスイッチング制御抵抗6、ツェナーダイオード7と電流制限抵抗8の直列回路からなり、ツェナーダイオードのカソードをスイッチ素子側に配置してスイッチング制御抵抗と並列に接続された短縮回路、及びスイッチ素子の制御端子に対する電圧供給を制御するスイッチ制御部5を備える。スイッチ制御部は、保護回路からのオン制御に応じて駆動電圧をスイッチング制御抵抗の他端に印加し、オフ制御に応じてスイッチ素子の制御端子に蓄積された電荷をスイッチング制御抵抗の他端を経由して放電させる。【選択図】図1
