Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device in which a temperature of a power element is less likely to increase, and to provide a motor unit including the motor control device.SOLUTION: A motor control device 40 includes: a first housing 41 formed by a metal material; a second housing which forms a housing space with the first housing 41; a motor drive part 50 including a power substrate 51 disposed on a placement surface 41B of the first housing 41 and a laminate power element mounted on the power substrate 51; and a motor control part 60 disposed on the placement surface 41B and having a control board 70 which is in a standing posture relative to the power substrate 51. The control board 70 includes: a first plane part 71; a second plane part 72; and a first bending part 74.
