Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently introduce molten solder even into a through-hole, while securing a jet width.SOLUTION: A jet nozzle 100 comprises a nozzle body part 30, and the nozzle body part 30 comprises an inflow port 601 and a discharge port 602 in a casing of a predetermined shape, and the molten solder 7 flowed in from the inflow port 601 is jetted to a printed circuit board 1 from the discharge port 602. A coarse flow part 10 is provided on one side in the longitudinal direction of the nozzle body part 30, and a coarse wave flow is formed of a part of the molten solder 7 flowed in from the inflow part 601. A flat flow part 20 is provided in the longitudinal direction on the side opposed to the coarse flow part 10, and a smooth flow is formed of the molten solder 7 jetted from the discharge port 602. A guide part 24 is provided in a predetermined position of the flat flow part 20, and guides the smooth flow above the coarse flow part 10. 【課題】噴流幅が確保できると共にスルーホールにも十分に溶融はんだを導入できるようにする。【解決手段】 噴流ノズル100は、ノズル本体部30を有し、ノズル本体部30は所定の形状の筐体に流入口601及び排出口602を有して、流入口601から流入した溶融はんだ7を排出口602からプリント基板1へ噴流させる。ノズル本体部30の長手方向の一方の側には荒流部10が設けられて流入口601から流入した溶融はんだ7の一部で荒波流を形成する。荒流部10に対峙する側の長手方向には平流部20が設けられて排出口602から噴流した溶融はんだ7で平滑流を形成する。平流部20の所定の位置には誘導部24が設けられて平滑流を荒流部10の上方へ誘導する。【選択図】 図2
