When a predetermined time (e.g., 07:00) comes in such a state, the main power relay switch 118 is turned on by power of the power storage device 96 and when the power source is switched from the power storage device 96 to the commercial power source 31, a state (off-mode power zero) is provided where the standby power required for restarting the main controller 18 can be reliably supplied from the commercial power source 31. 【課題】省エネ実行のための手間を簡略化する。【解決手段】ASIC18Sでは、予め定めた時刻(例、22:00)以降になると、主電源リレースイッチ118をオフすると共に、蓄電デバイス96は、メインコントローラ18が再起動するために必要な待機電力よりも低い、主電源リレースイッチ118のオン、オフ制御のための電力と、電源を蓄電デバイス96から商用電源31に切り替えるための電力を確保する。この状態で、予め定めた時刻(例、07:00)になると、蓄電デバイス96の電力で、主電源リレースイッチ118がオンされ、電源が蓄電デバイス96から商用電源31に切り替えられたとき、確実に、商用電源31から前記メインコントローラ18が再起動するために必要な待機電力の供給が可能な状態となる(オフモード電力ゼロ)。【選択図】図3
