Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce feed resistance of a tape during mounting of components in a tape feeder having a second sprocket on the upstream side in addition to a first sprocket which performs pitch feed of the tape during mounting of components.SOLUTION: A one-way clutch is arranged in a rotating force transmission part by an intermediate gear 4 arranged between a second sprocket 6 and second rotation driving means 8. This one-way clutch is arranged so that rotating force is transmitted when the second rotation driving means 8 is driven to rotate the intermediate gear 4 and the rotating force is prevented from being transmitted when the second sprocket 6 is dependently rotated by engagement with a hole part of the tape T while stopping the second rotation driving means 8. 【課題】部品実装時にテープをピッチ送りする第1スプロケットに加え、その上流側に第2スプロケットを有するテープフィーダにおいて、部品実装時のテープの送り抵抗を低減すること。【解決手段】第2スプロケット6と第2回転駆動手段8との間に配置された中間ギヤ4による回転力伝達部にワンウェイクラッチを配置した。このワンウェイクラッチは、第2回転駆動手段8を駆動させて中間ギヤ4を回転させるときには回転力を伝達し、第2回転駆動手段8が停止した状態で第2スプロケット6がテープTの孔部との噛み合いによって従動回転するときは回転力を伝達しないように配置した。【選択図】図1
