Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time when cloud service cannot be used.SOLUTION: The virtual resource management device comprises a retrieval part and a duplication part. The retrieval part receives request for expanding an image file for storing a virtual resource designated by a user to a volume which can be operated in a storage, and then retrieves a volume which has been expanded already from the same image file and which has not been updated yet. The duplication part duplicates the retrieved volume, and then provides the user with the volume. 【課題】クラウドサービスを利用できない時間を短縮すること。【解決手段】仮想リソース管理装置は、検索部と、複製部とを有する。検索部は、ユーザから指定された仮想リソースを記憶するイメージファイルをストレージにおいて操作可能なボリュームに展開する要求を受付け、同一のイメージファイルから既に展開されたボリュームであって、かつ、更新されていないボリュームを検索する。複製部は、検索された前記ボリュームを複製し、前記ユーザに提供する。【選択図】図１
