PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rotational resistance of a differential ring gear of a differential device and a drive pinion, and improve fuel consumption performance.SOLUTION: A differential device includes: a first guide member (41) disposed from above a differential ring gear (21) toward a meshing portion (51) with a drive pinion (11) along a tooth surface of a differential ring gear (21), and guiding a lubricant scraped up by the differential ring gear (21) to the meshing portion (51); and a second guide member (42) disposed from above the drive pinion (11) toward the meshing portion (51) along a tooth surface of the drive pinion (11), and guiding a lubricant scraped up by the drive pinion (11) to the meshing portion (51). 【課題】本発明は、ディファレンシャル装置のデフリングギヤおよびドライブピニオンの回転抵抗を低減し、燃費性能を向上させることを課題とする。【解決手段】デフリングギヤ（２１）の歯面に沿って、デフリングギヤ（２１）の上方からドライブピニオン（１１）との噛み合い部（５１）に向けて設けられ、デフリングギヤ（２１）が掻き上げた潤滑油を噛み合い部（５１）に案内する第１ガイド部材（４１）と、ドライブピニオン（１１）の歯面に沿って、ドライブピニオン（１１）の上方から噛み合い部（５１）に向けて設けられ、ドライブピニオン（１１）が掻き上げた潤滑油を噛み合い部（５１）に案内する第２ガイド部材（４２）と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
