The film is biaxially stretched to obtain a stretched film. On a film including the stretched film and polyvinyl alcohol, a polarizer processed with dyeing by dichromatic substances including iodine, dichromatic dye and the like is laminated to obtain a laminate. The laminate is used to obtain a polarizing plate. The norbornene-based polymer is an addition polymer or a ring-opening polymer hydride of a norbornene monomer. 【課題】偏光板に好適な密着性に優れたフィルム状の積層体の提供。【解決手段】分子末端に炭素数14〜40のα−オレフィン由来の構造単位を有するノルボルネン系重合体を成形して得られたフィルムを2軸延伸した延伸フィルムとポリビニルアルコールよりなるフィルムに、ヨウ素や二色性染料等よりなる二色物質による染色処理等を施した偏光子とを積層して積層体を得る。この積層体を用いて偏光板を得る。前記ノルボルネン系重合体はノルボルネン系単量体の付加重合体又は開環重合体水素化物である。【選択図】なし
