Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which enables a saw wire 28 having proper habits to easily be obtained.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 2 of a saw wire 28 has a wire drawing machine 4, a take-off device 6, a measuring roller 8, a corrector 10, a tension loading device 14, a dancer 16, and a take up reel 18. An element wire 24 passes through a die of the wire drawing machine 4. A final wire drawing is applied on the element wire 24 by this passage. The element wire 24 passes through the corrector 10. This corrector 10 has many correction rollers. The element wire 24 causes repetitive plastic deformation on contact with these correction rollers. A saw wire 28 is obtained by this plastic deformation. The saw wire 28 having left the corrector 10 proceeds to the tension loading device 14. Tension is loaded on the element wire 24 passing through the corrector 10 by this tension loading device 14. 【課題】適正なクセを有するソーワイヤ28が容易に得られる製造方法の提供。【解決手段】ソーワイヤ28の製造装置2は、伸線機4、引取装置6、計尺ローラー8、矯正器10、張力負荷装置14、ダンサー16及び巻き取りリール18を有している。素線24は、伸線機4のダイスを通過する。この通過により、素線24に最終伸線が施される。素線24は、矯正器10を通過する。この矯正器10は、多数の矯正ローラーを有している。これらの矯正ローラーとの当接により、素線24が繰り返し塑性変形を起こす。この塑性変形により、ソーワイヤ28が得られる。矯正器10を出たソーワイヤ28は、張力負荷装置14へと進む。この張力負荷装置14により、矯正器10を通過する素線24に張力が負荷される。【選択図】図1
