Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which is suitable for integrating various circuit boards together with a noise filter and a capacitor, and is excellent in practicability.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine assembly integrally incorporates, in a cover, a permanent magnet type rotary electric machine, a power converter device, components constituting the power converter device, a control I/F board which performs inputting/outputting from/to the outside and controls an operation of the rotary electric machine through the power converter device, and a terminal box which incorporates a noise filter, with a cooling fan attached to one end of the cover. The power converter device is integrally fitted to a flat surface part formed at a part of a housing that is fitted to the outer periphery of an armature of the rotary electric machine, with a plurality of cooling fins formed on the outer periphery. At another part of the housing, the components and the control I/F board are arranged between the cooling fin and the inner peripheral surface of the cover, with the noise filter fitted to a part of the cover.
【課題】各種の回路基板、更には、ノイズフィルタやコンデンサをも含めて一体に構成するに適した、実用的にも優れた回転電機を提供する。【解決手段】 永久磁石式回転電機と、電力変換装置と、電力変換装置を構成する部品と、外部との入出力を行うと共に、電力変換装置を介して回転電機の動作を制御する制御&I/F基板と、ノイズフィルタを内蔵した端子箱とをカバー内に一体に内蔵し、当該カバーの一方の端部に冷却ファンを取り付けた回転電機組立体において、回転電機の電機子の外周に取り付けられてその外周に複数の冷却フィンを形成したハウジングの一部に形成した平面部に、電力変換装置を一体に取り付け、かつ、ハウジングの他の部分には、部品と制御&I/F基板を、その冷却フィンとカバーの内周面との間に配置し、そして、ノイズフィルタを、カバーの一部に取り付ける。【選択図】 図3 |
