Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging state adjusting device for battery pack that can adjust a plurality of electric cells constituting a battery pack into uniform SOCs even when the electric cells differ in temperature individually.SOLUTION: In a charging state adjusting device 100, a specifying part 43 specifies a reference cell such that a voltage stored in a discharging voltage storage part 41 and a voltage stored in a charging voltage storage part 42 are both minimum among a plurality of electric cells B constituting a battery pack 10. A shor-circuit processing part 44 shorts an electric cell B which meets both a condition 1 and a condition 2 among the electric cells B. Here, the condition 1 is that the voltage stored in the discharging voltage storage part 41 is larger than a predetermined value on the basis of the voltage in discharging of the reference cell, and the condition 2 is that the voltage stored in the charging voltage storage part 42 is larger than a predetermined value on the basis of the voltage in charging of the reference cell.
