Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating deterioration of a PBT resin molding without destroying a sample, while requiring no pre-processing.SOLUTION: A sample 5 including a PBT resin molding arranged in a darkroom 21 is irradiated with UV light of a peak wavelength within a range of UVA. Only fluorescence F generated from the sample 5 is made incident on fluorescence acquisition means 4 arranged in the darkroom 21, via a filter 23 which blocks a UV ray U and a near-infrared ray I having a wavelength of 655nm or longer. Fluorescence data obtained by the fluorescence acquisition means 4 is input to a computer 3 having image processing means. Then, the image processing means outputs fluorescence intensity of the fluorescence data.
【課題】前処理が不要であり、試料を破壊せずにPBT樹脂成形物の劣化度を評価する方法を提供する。【解決手段】暗室21内に配置されたPBT樹脂成形物を含む試料5に対してピーク波長がUVAの範囲内であるUV光Uを照射する。そして、暗室21内に配置された蛍光取得手段4に、UV光U及び波長655nm以上の近赤外光Iを遮断するフィルタ23を介して試料5から発生した蛍光Fのみを入射させる。そして、画像処理手段を有するコンピュータ3に蛍光取得手段4により得られる蛍光データを入力する。その後、画像処理手段により、蛍光データの蛍光強度を出力する。【選択図】図1 |
