Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape dispenser that allows a cutting blade to be easily and surely replaced.SOLUTION: The tape dispenser comprises: a reel for holding a refill which a tape is wound around annularly; a main body that holds rotatively the reel; and a cutting part 3 that is provided detachably in the main body and cuts the tape. The cutting part 3 comprises: a cutting blade 33 having a cutting edge 34 for cutting the tape; covers 31 and 31 that hold detachably the cutting blade; and direction-determining mechanisms 36 and 37 that can attach the cutting blade to only a predetermined position and only in a predetermined direction relative to the covers. 【課題】切断刃の交換を容易且つ確実に行い得るテープディスペンサーを提供する。【解決手段】テープディスペンサーは、テープが環状に巻回されてなるリフィルを保持するためのリールと、このリールを回転可能に保持する本体と、この本体に着脱可能に設けられテープを切断する刃部３とを具備してなるものであって、刃部が、テープを切断する切断縁３４を有した切断刃３３と、この切断刃を着脱可能に保持するカバー３１，３１と、切断刃をカバーに対して所定の位置及び方向でのみ装着させ得る向き決め機構３６，３７とを具備することを特徴とする。【選択図】図５
