Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer light-emitting element in which the luminance of emission is stable with time.SOLUTION: A polymer light-emitting element comprises: a cathode; an anode; a light-emitting layer including a first polymer compound provided between the cathode and the anode; and a first functional layer and a second functional layer which are provided between the light-emitting layer and the anode. The first functional layer includes a transition metal oxide. The second functional layer includes a second polymer compound or a polymer compound formed by crosslinking the second polymer compound. The second polymer compound is a polymer compound which includes 51 mol% or more of arylamine-based constitutional units to the total of mole numbers of all of constitutional units. 【課題】発光輝度が経時的に安定した高分子発光素子を提供すること。【解決手段】陰極と、陽極と、該陰極と該陽極との間に設けられた第1の高分子化合物を含む発光層と、該発光層と該陽極との間に設けられた第1の機能層および第2の機能層を有し、該第1の機能層が遷移金属の酸化物を含み、該第2の機能層が、第2の高分子化合物、または第2の高分子化合物を架橋させて形成した高分子化合物を含み、該第2の高分子化合物が、アリールアミン系構成単位を全構成単位の合計に対して51モル%以上含む高分子化合物である、高分子発光素子。【選択図】なし
