Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an operation schedule capable of realizing optimum power generation with computational complexity as little as possible while improving schedule calculation accuracy.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power plant support apparatus includes: shaft schedule calculation means for shaft generators; and general schedule calculation means. The general schedule calculation means calculates a target load and arrival time of the target load for every shaft generator on the basis of a required electric energy signal, acquires a shaft schedule necessary for attaining the target load and the arrival time of the target load by instructing the shaft schedule calculation means, and stores past shaft schedule calculation results. If holding a previous shaft schedule identical in contents to the target load and the arrival time of the target load of one shaft generator calculated by the general schedule calculation means on the basis of the external required electric energy, the general schedule calculation means controls the shaft generator according to the previous shaft schedule without allowing the shaft schedule calculation means to implementing shaft schedule calculation.
【課題】スケジュール計算精度の向上を図りながら、可能な限り少ない計算量で最適な発電電力を発電可能とする運転スケジュールを決定する。【解決手段】軸発電設備の軸スケジュール計算手段と統括スケジュール計算手段を備え、統括スケジュール計算手段は外部からの要求電力量の信号を基に軸発電設備毎に目標負荷とその到達時刻を計算し、軸スケジュール計算手段に指示して目標負荷とその到達時刻を達成するに必要な軸スケジュールを入手し、過去の軸スケジュール計算結果を保存し、外部からの要求電力量を元に統括スケジュール計算手段が計算した軸発電設備の目標負荷とその到達時刻と同じ内容の前回軸スケジュールを保持しているときに、軸スケジュール計算手段による軸スケジュール計算を実行せずに、前回軸スケジュールにより軸発電設備を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
