Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroolefin copolymer solution in which gelation of the solution is hardly caused, the molecular weight of a copolymer is hardly increased, and discoloration of the solution is hardly caused during storage, and to provide a preparation method of the fluoroolefin copolymer solution and a paint composition which is hardly yellowed during storage and from which a coating film, that is excellent in gloss and boiling water resistance and is hardly discolored, can be formed.SOLUTION: The fluoroolefin copolymer solution contains: a fluoroolefin copolymer (A) having a crosslinkable group; a compound (B) having 2,2,6,6-tetrasubstituted piperidyl group; at least one compound (C) selected from the group consisting of fatty acid esters, dicarboxylic acid monoesters, dicarboxylic acid diesters, boric acid esters, phosphorous acid esters, phosphoric acid esters each having 600 mg KOH/g or lower acid value and lactic acid esters; and an organic solvent (D). The amount of the compound (C) is 100-10,000 ppm of that of the fluoroolefin copolymer (A).
【課題】貯蔵中に溶液のゲル化、共重合体の分子量の増大、溶液の変色が起こりにくいフルオロオレフィン共重合体溶液およびその製造方法;貯蔵中に黄変しにくく、塗膜の光沢、耐沸水性等が良好で、変色しにくい塗膜を形成できる塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】架橋性基を有するフルオロオレフィン共重合体(A)と、2,2,6,6−テトラ置換ピペリジル基を有する化合物(B)と、脂肪酸エステル類、ジカルボン酸のモノエステル類、ジカルボン酸のジエステル類、ほう酸エステル類、亜リン酸エステル類、酸価600mgKOH/g以下のリン酸エステル類および乳酸エステル類からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物(C)と、有機溶媒(D)とを含み、化合物(C)の量がフルオロオレフィン共重合体(A)に対して100〜10000ppmであるフルオロオレフィン共重合体溶液。【選択図】なし |
