Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve operation performed when a group management main system itself is not broken, and a communication failure between the group management main system and an input output control system occurs.SOLUTION: A group management control main system 3, a machine control system 5 and an input output control system 2 are connected with a communication wire, and a group management control system 10 comprises: a monitor function which acquires an input signal S2 for landing call as input from the input output control system 2, acquires an operation state signal S5B as input from the machine control system 5, applies a service determination command signal S3 to the machine control system 5, and monitors the inputs from the machine control system 5 and the input output control system 2 acquired via the communication wire; and a switch function for acquiring the input from the input output control system via the communication wire which passes the machine control system for continuing operation when input from the input output control system is lost. 【課題】群管理メインシステム自身が故障しておらず、群管理メインシステムと入出力制御システム間の通信が故障した場合における運転を実現する。【解決手段】群管理制御システム3と号機制御システム5と入出力制御システム2の間が通信線により接続され、群管理制御システム10は、入出力制御システム2からの入力として乗り場呼び入力信号S2を得、号機制御システム5からの入力として運行状態信号S5Bを得て号機制御システム5にサービス決定指令信号S3を与えるとともに、号機制御システム5と入出力制御システム2から通信線を介して得た入力を監視する監視機能と、入出力制御システムからの入力喪失時に、前記入出力制御システムからの入力を、号機制御システムを経由する通信線により得て運転を継続する切り替え機能を備える。【選択図】図3
