PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molding which has a light weight, excellent strength and high designability and is never peeled off or damaged by firmly fixing a sheet material, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite molding (1) composed of a plurality of resin foam small pieces (12), a thermosetting resin cured product (30) and a sheet material (20), where the thermosetting resin cured product (30) is formed between the resin foam small pieces (12), at least a part of the outside surface of the composite molding (1) is composed of the thermosetting resin cured product (30) and the composite molding is formed of a cured product layer (32) in which the sheet material (20) is embedded. 【課題】軽量であり、強度に優れており、シート材が強固に固着され、剥がれたり、傷ついたりすることがない、意匠性の高い複合成形体及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、複数の樹脂発泡小片（１２）と、熱硬化性樹脂硬化物（３０）と、シート材（２０）とから構成される複合成形体（１）であって、樹脂発泡小片（１２）間に熱硬化性樹脂硬化物（３０）が形成されていると共に、複合成形体（１）の外形表面の少なくとも一部が熱硬化性樹脂硬化物（３０）からなり、シート材（２０）が埋設されている硬化物層（３２）によって形成されている。【選択図】図１
