Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which realizes highly accurate A/D conversion of a signal corresponding to a difference between first and second signals in the case where a channel signal of a sensor device is constituted of the first and second signals, and further to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device includes: an amplifier circuit AMP which is input with a first signal SG1 from a sensor device 10 in a first period, is input with a second signal SG2 constituting a channel signal of the sensor device 10 by forming a pair with the first signal SG1 in a second period and outputs a signal AMQ corresponding to a difference between the first signal SG1 and the second signal SG2; and an A/D converter ADC for performing A/D conversion for the output signal AMQ of the amplifier circuit AMP. The amplifier circuit AMP is constituted of a switched capacitor circuit for canceling an off-set voltage of an operational amplifier possessed by the amplifier circuit AMP. 【課題】センサーデバイスのチャネル信号が第1、第2信号で構成される場合に第1、第2信号の差分に対応する信号の精度の高いA/D変換を実現する集積回路装置及び電子機器を提供する。【解決手段】集積回路装置は、センサーデバイス10からの第1信号SG1が第1期間において入力され、第1信号SG1とペアーとなってセンサーデバイスのチャネル信号を構成する第2信号SG2が第2期間において入力され、第1信号SG1と第2信号SG2の差分に対応する信号AMQを出力する増幅回路AMPと、増幅回路の出力信号についてのA/D変換を行うA/D変換器ADCを含む。増幅回路は、増幅回路が有する演算増幅器のオフセット電圧をキャンセルするスイッチドキャパシター回路により構成される。【選択図】図1
