Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small heat exchanger which achieves excellent reliability by providing a heat insulation part that inhibits freezing of a fluid.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a first refrigerant passage 1 where a first fluid flows along a first axis X direction; a second refrigerant passage 2 where a second fluid, which conducts heat exchange with the first fluid, flows along the first refrigeration passage 1; a first inlet header 3 and a first outlet header 4 which are connected with both ends of the first refrigerant passage 1; a second inlet header 5 and a second outlet header 6 which are connected with both ends of the second refrigerant passage 2; and a heat insulation part 21 which inhibits heat exchange between the first fluid and the second fluid and is located between the first refrigerant passage 1 and the second refrigerant passage 2 at end parts of the first refrigerant passage 1 and the second refrigerant passage 2.
【課題】流体の凍結を抑制する断熱部を設けることによって、信頼性が優れる小型の熱交換器を得ることを目的にしている。【解決手段】第1流体が第1軸X方向に沿って流れる第1冷媒流路1と、前記第1流体と熱交換を行う第2流体が、前記第1冷媒流路1に沿って流れる第2冷媒流路2と、前記第1冷媒流路1の両端に接続された第1入口ヘッダー3および第1出口ヘッダー4と、前記第2冷媒流路2の両端に接続された第2入口ヘッダー5および第2出口ヘッダー6と、前記第1冷媒流路1と前記第2冷媒流路2との端部において、それらの流路の間に、前記第1流体と前記第2流体との熱交換を抑制する断熱部21と、を有する熱交換器。【選択図】図1 |
