Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain formulations which promote claudin and occludin production, and enhance a tight junction function in order to enhancing a skin barrier function and a moisture retaining function, and preventing skin symptoms such as a dry skin, a rough skin, atopic dermatitis, and various infectious diseases.SOLUTION: The solubilization material of a shell having a pearl and/or a pearl layer was able to promote claudin production to obtain a formulation for enhancing a tight junction function. 【課題】本発明の目的は、皮膚のバリア機能及び水分保持機能を高め、乾燥肌、荒れ肌、アトピー性皮膚炎や各種感染症などの皮膚症状を予防するため、クローディン、オクルディンの産生を促進し、タイトジャンクション機能強化する製剤を得ることにある。【解決手段】真珠及び／又は真珠層を有する貝殻の可溶化物は、クローディンの産生を促進し、タイトジャンクション機能強化する製剤を得ることができた。【選択図】図１
