Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting condition-determining technique for stopping a cutting operation before a cutting tool completely penetrates an object.SOLUTION: A detection part 2 detects the current value applied to a rotary electric motor 11 and the operation cycle information of a cutting tool. Learning data includes the current value of the rotary electric motor 11 and the operation cycle information, or information about the correspondent relation of a coefficient calculated from the current value and the operation cycle information with the condition of the cutting tool. An identification part 32 can identify the condition of the cutting tool by using the previously acquired learning data and the data detected at the detection part 2.
【課題】対象物を切削工具が完全に貫通する前に、切削工具による切削を中止させるための、切削状態判定技術を提供する。【解決手段】検出部2は、回転電動機11にかかる電流値と、切削工具の動作周期情報とを検出する。学習データは、回転電動機11の電流値及び動作周期情報、又は、前記電流値及び動作周期情報から算出される係数と、切削工具の状態との対応関係の情報を含む。識別部32は、あらかじめ取得されている学習データと、検出部2で検出されたデータとを用いて、切削工具の状態を識別することができる。【選択図】図1 |
