Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge signal circuit that enables a small-sized and high-efficiency DCDC converter.SOLUTION: The charge and discharge signal circuit includes: a plurality of high-side transistors Mn15 to Mn17 connected in series between a high-potential-side power supply Vdd and an output node LX; a plurality of low-side transistors Mn11 to Mn14 connected in series between a low-potential-side power supply GND and the output node; a plurality of high-side drive circuits; a plurality of low-side drive circuits; and a drive signal generation circuit 31. Each high-side drive circuit has a row of capacitors Chc1 and Chc2 and switch elements Dhc1 and Dhc2, and high-side drive sections Ip1 to Ip4. Each low-side drive circuit has a row of capacitors Clc1 and Clc2 and switch elements Dlc1 and Dlc2, and low-side drive sections In1 to In4.
