Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the damage of a switching power supply control circuit etc., and to reduce power consumption in a standby state.SOLUTION: A switching power supply control circuit (24) for controlling a switching element (26), connected to the primary winding (18a) of a switching transformer (18), receives a rectification voltage (V44), obtained by rectifying a voltage from an AC power supply, through a first switch circuit (21), and also receives a rectification voltage (V48), obtained by rectifying an output voltage of a drive winding (18c) of the switching transformer (18), through a second switch circuit (22). The switch circuits (21, 22) are controlled by a standby control circuit (40) which receives power supply from a power storage device (38) charged by a voltage obtained by rectifying an output of a secondary winding (18b) of the switching transformer (18). 【課題】スイッチング電源制御回路等の損傷を回避するともに、待機状態における消費電力を削減する。【解決手段】スイッチングトランス(18)の一次巻線(18a)に接続されたスイッチング素子(26)を制御するスイッチング電源制御回路(24)が、交流電源からの電圧を整流することで得られる整流電圧(V44)を、第1のスイッチ回路(21)を介してして受けるとともに、スイッチングトランス(18)のドライブ巻線(18c)の出力電圧を整流することで得られる整流電圧(V48)を、第2のスイッチ回路(22)を介して受ける。スイッチングトランス(18)の二次巻線(18b)の出力を整流することで得られる電圧により充電される蓄電デバイス(38)から電力の供給を受ける待機制御回路(40)が、スイッチ回路(21、22)を制御する。【選択図】図1
