The motor driving control device 4 includes an MCU 11 that sets rolling acceleration of the synchronous electric motor 2 to first acceleration in a first time period from starting time for a compressor 3 to time when the rotation speed of the synchronous electric motor 2 reaches predetermined rotation speed smaller than the speed in a resonance region of the compressor 3 and sets the rolling acceleration to second acceleration larger than the first acceleration in a second time period from the time when the rotation speed reaches the predetermined rotation speed to time when the rotation speed reaches target rotation speed larger than the predetermined rotation speed, in a period of synchronous operation of the synchronous electric motor 2. 【課題】センサレス制御への移行が安定するとともに、共振時間を短くし振動の発生を抑制することができる電動コンプレッサを提供する。【解決手段】同期電動モータ2と、同期電動モータ2を駆動させるモータ駆動制御装置4とを備える。モータ駆動制御装置4は、同期電動モータ2の同期運転期間において、コンプレッサ3の起動時から同期電動モータ2の回転速度がコンプレッサ3の共振領域より小さい所定回転速度に至る時までの第1時間に同期電動モータ2の回転加速度を第1加速度に設定し所定回転速度に至る時から所定回転速度よりも大きい目標回転速度に至る時までの第2時間に回転加速度を第1加速度よりも大きい第2加速度に設定するMCU11を備える。【選択図】図1
