Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fire prevention of an electric wiring cable almost evenly in its length direction.SOLUTION: At least on either a surface or a back surface of a fire-resistant cloth 3 composed of a heat-resistant fiber made of silica fiber that can be wound in the way that it covers all circumference in a longitudinal direction with respect to an electric wiring cable 1, a fire-resistant paint layer 4 where a main material containing a foaming agent and a reaction catalyst composed of ammonium polyphosphate or melamine cyanurate, a softening agent composed of plasticizer, a carbonization agent composed of carbohydrate or polyhydric alcohol, and solvent composed of xylene is applied by, as flexible resin, thermal foaming fire-resistant paint that mixes solidification reaction facilitating materials containing flexible resin material composed of urethane composite polymer and solvent composed of xylene and is made to react is attached, and a fireproof member is configured. 【課題】電気配線ケーブルをその長さ方向において、ほぼ均等に防火できるようにする。【解決手段】電気配線ケーブル1に対してその長手方向に亘って全周を覆うように巻き付け可能で、シリカ繊維製の耐熱繊維からなる耐火布3の表裏少なくとも一方側の面に、可撓性を有する樹脂として、ポリ燐酸アンモニウムまたは燐酸メラミンからなる発泡剤及び反応触媒と、可塑剤からなる軟化剤と、炭水化物又は多価アルコールからなる炭化剤と、キシレンからなる溶剤とを含む主材に対して、ウレタン系複合ポリマーからなる可撓性を有する樹脂材料とキシレンから成る溶剤とを含む固化反応促進材を混合して反応させる熱発泡性の耐火塗料を塗布した耐火塗料層4を付設して防火部材を構成してある。【選択図】図2
