Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a dynamic image in which fixed pattern noise is hardly perceived.SOLUTION: Noise dispersion is derived on the basis of an exposure condition at image capture time, a noise image is generated in which white noise corresponding to the noise dispersion is superposed on fixed pattern noise. Information about a spatial frequency having sensitivity to the moving speed of a subject in human visual perception is extracted from each of the fixed pattern noise map and the noise image, and the fixed pattern noise map and the noise image are divided for each of a plurality of spatial frequency bands. The noise image divided for each of the plurality of spatial frequency bands is masked on the basis of the fixed pattern noise map divided for each of the plurality of spatial frequency bands and synthesized, then the amount of fixed pattern noise perception is calculated.
【課題】固定パターンノイズが知覚されにくい動画像を生成する。【解決手段】撮像時の露出の条件に基づいてノイズの分散を導出し、ノイズの分散に応じたホワイトノイズを固定パターンノイズに重畳させたノイズ画像を生成する。固定パターンノイズマップとノイズ画像のそれぞれから、被写体の移動速度に応じて人間の視覚において感度のある空間周波数の情報を抽出して複数の空間周波数帯域ごとに分割する。複数の空間周波数帯域ごとに分割されたノイズ画像を、複数の空間周波数帯域ごとに分割された固定パターンノイズマップに基づいてマスキングした後に合成して固定パターンノイズ知覚量を算出する。【選択図】図2 |
