Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for, even when abnormality occurs in the operation of at least one power supply circuit in an integrated circuit device configured such that the outputs of power supply circuits integrated in a plurality of integrated circuits are electrically connected to each other, appropriately coping with the abnormality.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device includes: a first integrated circuit having a first power supply circuit; and a second integrated circuit having a second power supply circuit. The first supply circuit has a first abnormality detection circuit, and the second power supply circuit has a second abnormality detection circuit. When the first abnormality detection circuit detects the occurrence of the abnormality of the first power supply circuit, the first integrated circuit starts an abnormality stop sequence to stop the operation of the first integrated circuit, and transmits first notification of performing the notification of the occurrence of the abnormality of the first power supply circuit to the second integrated circuit, and the second integrated circuit starts the abnormality stop sequence to stop the operation of the second integrated circuit in response to the first notification from the first integrated circuit. 【課題】複数の集積回路に集積化された電源回路の出力が互いに電気的に接続されている構成の集積回路装置において、少なくとも一つの電源回路の動作に異常が発生した場合に、その異常に適切に対応するための技術を提供する。【解決手段】集積回路装置が、第1電源回路を備える第1集積回路と、第2電源回路を備える第2集積回路とを含む。第1電源回路は、第1異常検出回路を備えており、第2電源回路は、第2異常検出回路を備えている。第1異常検出回路が第1電源回路の異常の発生を検出したとき、第1集積回路は、第1集積回路の動作を停止させる異常停止シーケンスを開始するとともに第1電源回路の異常の発生を通知する第1通知を第2集積回路に送り、第2集積回路は、第1集積回路からの第1通知に応答して、第2集積回路の動作を停止させる異常停止シーケンスを開始する。【選択図】図2
