PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for, even when abnormality occurs in the operation of at least one power supply circuit in an integrated circuit device configured such that the outputs of power supply circuits integrated in a plurality of integrated circuits are electrically connected to each other, appropriately coping with the abnormality.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device includes: a first integrated circuit having a first power supply circuit; and a second integrated circuit having a second power supply circuit. The first supply circuit has a first abnormality detection circuit, and the second power supply circuit has a second abnormality detection circuit.
