Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger using Peltier elements, capable of miniaturizing a device and improving heat exchanging efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a body portion 2 having a heat exchange area 4 positioned at an upper side, and a circulation liquid supply area 5 positioned at a lower side, a partitioning wall 6 dividing the heat exchange area into a circulation liquid area 7 positioned at an inner side and having a circulation liquid outlet 9, and a cooling area 8 positioned at an outer part, Peltier elements 13 mounted on several places of the partitioning wall, a circulation liquid inlet 15 formed on the circulation liquid supply area, a circulation liquid flow channel 16 communicating the circulation liquid inlet and the circulation liquid area, and a circulation liquid supply pump 17 disposed on the way of the circulation liquid flow channel. A circulation liquid receiving tank 14 provided with injection nozzles 20 on places opposed to the Peltier elements, is disposed in the circulation liquid area, and the circulation liquid in the circulation liquid receiving tank is collided with the Peltier elements to transfer heat, so that a temperature of the circulation liquid is adjusted to a prescribed temperature. 【課題】ペルチェ素子を用いたヒートエクスチェンジャーにおいて、装置を小型化するとともに熱交換効率をあげることを可能にする。【解決手段】上方側に位置する熱交換エリア4と下方側に位置する循環液供給エリア5を有する本体部2と、熱交換エリアを、内側部分に位置して循環液出口9を有する循環液エリア7と、外側部分に位置する冷却エリア8に分断した隔壁6と、隔壁の複数個所に装着されたペルチェ素子13と、循環液供給エリアに形成された循環液入口15と、循環液入口と循環液エリアを連通した循環液用流路16と、循環液用流路の途上に配置された循環液供給用ポンプ17を具備し、ペルチェ素子に対向する箇所に噴射ノズル20を取り付けた循環液受け入れタンク14を循環液エリアに配置し、循環液受け入れタンク内の循環液をペルチェ素子に衝突させて熱移動することで、循環液の温度を所定温度に調節可能にした。【選択図】図1
