Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a surface-treated steel sheet capable of suppressing sulfidation black discoloration even with long term storage.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a surface-treated steel sheet including a step of forming a coated film containing an oxygen compound containing Al as a main component on a tin plated steel sheet by applying a cathode electrolysis treatment using an electrolysis treatment liquid containing Al ion and nitrate ion to the tin plated steel sheet, the electrolysis treatment liquid is used which contains no F ion and has the content of the nitrate ion of 11,500 to 25,000 wt.ppm. 【課題】長期保管された場合においても硫化黒変を抑制することができる表面処理鋼板の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】錫めっき鋼板に対して、Alイオンおよび硝酸イオンを含む電解処理液を用いた陰極電解処理を施すことにより、前記錫めっき鋼板上に、Alを含有する酸素化合物を主成分とする皮膜を形成する工程を有する表面処理鋼板の製造方法において、前記電解処理液として、Fイオンが含まれておらず、かつ、硝酸イオンの含有量が11,500〜25,000重量ppmである電解処理液を用いることを特徴とする表面処理鋼板の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】なし
