Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrival guide elevator for realizing smooth getting-on and getting-off even in the case where a getting-on guest and a getting-off guest exist on a common floor, thereby to suppress the occurrence of a delay ride and to improve serviceability.SOLUTION: An arrival guide elevator comprises: a landing guide device 8 disposed on a landing place for guiding an arrival guide; and a riding/falling number detection device 4 disposed in a car 1 or the landing place for detecting the number of persons to ride from the landing place to the car, the number of persons to getting off the car to the landing place, and the completion of the getting-off. In the case where it is decided that a guest to get off the car to the landing place and a guest to ride from the landing place to the car exist on a common floor, and that the number of persons to get on and off the riding/falling number detection device 4 are more than a predetermined value, an arrival guide is made by a landing guide device 8 till the completion of the getting-off is detected after the car arrives at the common floor and the landing door is opened. 【課題】乗り客と降り客が同一階に存在する場合であってもスムーズな乗降を実現し、乗り遅れの発生を抑制すると共に、エレベータのサービス性を向上する。【解決手段】乗り場に設けられた到着案内を行なう乗り場案内装置8と、乗りかご1内又は乗り場に設置され、乗り場から乗りかごへ乗車する人数の大小と、乗りかごから乗り場に降車する人数の大小及び降車の完了を検出する乗降人数検出装置4と、を備え、乗りかごから乗り場に降りる客と乗り場から乗りかごに乗る客とが同一階において存在し、乗降人数検出装置4により乗降する人数が所定値よりも多いと判断される場合、乗りかごが同一階に到着し、乗り場ドアが開き始めてから降車の完了が検出されるまでの間に乗り場案内装置8により到着案内が行われる。【選択図】図2
