Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold molding device which can surely and properly distribute a foaming mixed material into a cavity of a molding mold with a simple configuration, and is reducible in size.SOLUTION: A casting mold molding device comprises: an accommodation tank 1 which has a plurality of openable and closable injection ports 10 at a bottom part 1a, and accommodates foaming mixed materials; a molding mold 2 which has a plurality of runners 20 into which the foaming mixed materials are introduced from the injection ports 10 of the accommodation tank 1 so as to correspond to the injection ports 10, and forms a cavity 21 for molding the introduced foaming mixed material into a mold of a prescribed shape; and pressurizing means 3 which is arranged so as to correspond to the molding mold 2, pressurizes the foaming mixed materials in the accommodation tank 1, and injects the materials into the cavity 21 via the runners 20 of the molding mold 2. A split face 22 of the molding mold 2 is formed in parallel with a pressurization direction P by the pressurization means 3, and the runners 20 of the molding mold 2 are formed at the split face 22 while being inclined to the pressurization direction P by the pressurization means 3 so as to expand toward an outlet 20b from an inlet 20a to the cavity 21. 【課題】簡単な構成で確実に発泡混合材を成形型のキャビティ内に適切に行き渡らせることができるとともに、小型化を図ることができる鋳型造型装置を提供する。【解決手段】底部1aに開閉可能な射出口10を複数有しており発泡混合材を収容する収容槽1と、収容槽1の射出口10から発泡混合材が導入されるランナ20を射出口10と対応して複数有しており導入された発泡混合材を所定形状の鋳型を成形するキャビティ21を形成する成形型2と、成形型2と対応して配置されており収容槽1内の発泡混合材を加圧して成形型2のランナ20を介してキャビティ21内に射出させる加圧手段3とを備え、成形型2の割面22が、加圧手段3による加圧方向Pと平行に形成されており、成形型2の各ランナ20は、割面22に、入口20aからキャビティ21への出口20bに向かって互いに拡がるように、加圧手段3による加圧方向Pに対して傾斜して形成されている。【選択図】図3
