Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte power storage devices which can contribute to the enhancement of a performance of a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage device, and is arranged by use of an epoxy resin composition.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte power storage devices which has a film thickness in a range of 5-50 μm comprises the steps of: preparing an epoxy resin composition including an epoxy resin having two epoxy groups, an epoxy resin having three or more epoxy groups, and an epoxy equivalent of 160 g/eq. or less, a hardening agent, and a porogen; shaping a hardened material of the epoxy resin composition into a sheet form or hardening a sheet-like mold of the epoxy resin composition so as to produce an epoxy resin sheet; and removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet. 【課題】非水電解質蓄電デバイスの性能の向上に寄与できるエポキシ樹脂組成物を用いた非水電解質蓄電デバイス用セパレータを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】膜厚が5〜50μmの範囲にある非水電解質蓄電デバイス用セパレータを製造する方法であって、エポキシ基を2個有するエポキシ樹脂、エポキシ基を3個以上有するとともにエポキシ当量が160g/eq.以下であるエポキシ樹脂、硬化剤及びポロゲンを含むエポキシ樹脂組成物を調製する工程と、エポキシ樹脂シートが得られるように、エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化体をシート状に成形する又はエポキシ樹脂組成物のシート状成形体を硬化させる工程と、エポキシ樹脂シートからポロゲンを除去する工程と、を含む、非水電解質蓄電デバイス用セパレータの製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図1
